This notice covers the Zanga public website at zanga.com, including its Zanga Events gateway. For privacy questions or requests, contact derekzanga@zanga.com. Services offered under a separate agreement may have additional privacy information.
Information handled through this site
This public site has no registration form, payment form or active account sign-in. It does not request account passwords or payment-card details. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to these pages.
The hosting and security providers that deliver this website may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to serve the site, prevent abuse and diagnose problems.
When you contact Zanga
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, event preferences and inquiry or booking details. We use it to respond, discuss requested services, support existing arrangements and maintain relevant business records. Please send only the information needed for your inquiry.

Our website is hosted by Render and our business email uses Google Workspace. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Information about a requested event may also need to be shared with the relevant venue or service provider to discuss or fulfill an arrangement. Information is retained as needed for the purpose for which it was received, related business records and applicable obligations. This website uses HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security; do not send sensitive credentials or card information by email.
